Good hospitality with slile. （＝笑顔で対応してもらい、もてなしの気持ちを感じました） Especially not, but there caused extreamly tedious connetion period to every site on WIFI internet access at midnight（＝特にありません。ただし、真夜中に無線LANでインターネットを使ったところ、サイトにつながるまでの時間が異様に長くかかることがありました。） |

中心部やジョージタウンにも徒歩圏内でとても便利です。部屋には有償ですが無線LANがありますし、ビジネスセンターのPCはインターネットも３０分以内の使用は無料でした。ケネディー芸術センターへは近くの地下鉄FOGGYBOTTOM駅前から無料の巡回バスが走っています。 |

とても良いホテルで安心して利用することができました。（It was a nice hotel, so we could stay comfortablly.) ビジネスセンターのPCに入っているOSでは日本語の利用ができませんでした。表示だけでも対応してもらうようにお願いしましたが、スタッフの努力のあとが見受けられませんでした。（In business center, PC has not applied to Japanese font. Required the staff so that I could use it for reading only. However, the staff had no taken any efforts. It was my disppointment) |

Okay believe it or not a MOUSE ran in my room. It emerged from under the bed and it ran towards the door and vanished. It was room 119. I asked for my room to be changed and they placed me to a huge suite which was nice. However the way the receptionist literally held me hostage because of my incidentals ONE DAY before check out was really wierd because I had paid my room in advance. Some members of the staff must definitely be more polite and the MOUSE issue should be solved. Plus check out the market next door if you don't want to be ripped off by the trodolux restaurant&room service of the hotel. |

The location was excellent for visiting Georgetown area. Our room was an excellent size - a little querky in layout but that made it different. Very comfortable bed and clean and tidy room. Furnature and bathroom was perfectly serviceable but beginning to look a little tired. Some of the furnature looked a little "bashed" around. We could not see the TV very easily from the bed, and there was only one bedside table. |

The excellent location.Close to main metro station and walking distance to lovely Georgetown. The cleanliness and ammenties in room which was extremly spacious. The service and quality of food was excellent. Would certainly return and can highly recommend this hotel |

The location and having a bus stop a short distance away. A Trader Joe's was just across the street and around the corner, so I was able to have cranberry juice every day and granola bars for snacks. A paper was delivered every morning. Most of the hotel staff were kind and helpful. It was a great place to stay for people that are a little older and for a good location new to us. There were very few inexpensive eating establishments for breakfast close by. The hotel restaurant was fairly expensive. ($8 for a glass of juice). Sometimes the hotel staff weren't so helpful. I guess "spotty" would be the right description. |

Spacious room with stylish furniture and fittings. Reception did not have details of reservation when I arrived-the onus was on me to prove that I had made a reservation. There was an odor in the room for which it was necessary to open the window. |
