Location Very overpriced for very poor room standards - the rooms look as though they have not been remodeled for at least 25 years -2star standards -4star prices- very poor - the cleaners struggle along but its not their fault old carpets, old furniture and scruffy walls and doors etc.- can supply photos if asked. |

Location Had to change rooms twice I paid for a suite and got a smaller room than my friends who paid for standard room. Very disapointed in attitude of staff |

Although the rooms are tired and need painting, the hygiene is good bed linen change every day and cleaning and fresh towels. Location excellent. Room size very good (for some rooms) I was lucky and had a view of the Empire State building. My friend booked a suite and was very disapointed her room was smaller than mine. The staff are very slow on reception. |

The room was clean and the service was good as well, but one got the impression that the rooms had not been renovated for many year. The price level was a bit too high compared to the standrard. The hotel is of course rated to 2, so from that perspective one can not expect more, but I think that the price should also be adjusted to that level. |

The front desk employees were not helpful. They assigned us a room that was not ready, bed undone, bad smell, unclean bathroom. I complained, were not happy to give another room. I will never go back again to that hotel |

How central the hotel is We had to change our room three times due to the condition of the rooms when we checked in. The majority of the staff are very abrupt and not at all helpful. This is my 6th time staying at this particular hotel and I found the rooms this time had gotten alot worse. |
