価格の割に、清潔で快適でした。ただ、想像していた以上に治安が悪い地域だったので、子連れの方にはお薦めできません。男性同士かつ安い費用で抑えたい方には良いと思います。 夜にブレーカーが落ち復活せず。電気も暖房もつかなくなりました。従業員が少ないのか、こちらから連絡をしたり、代替のルームキーをもらいに行ったり。夜、小さな子連れで部屋の移動は大変でした。またユニオンスクエアまでのシャトルバスが出ているのですが、その運転手の方に、チップをくれ！と言われ驚きました。言わなくてもあげるのに・・・と気分が悪かったです。感じの良い従業員の方もいるのに残念です。 |

部屋が綺麗なのが良かった。設備も十分だった。サンフランシスコだからなのか、インターネットが快適で非常に良かった。全体として好印象だった。 外の騒音が気になる。部屋の防音性が今一つの印象をうけた。 |

冷蔵庫があるともっとうれしい。 １．お部屋の掃除担当の方が通路で固まっておしゃべりしているのが気になりました。他のお客様も彼女達が邪魔でエレベータに向かえない状況があり、その後ろから我々もエレベータに向かったのですが、どいてもらい、エレベータのボタンを押して待っている間も話をしていました。２．通路などですれ違ったときあいさつをしてくださる方としてくださらない方が居ました。それもちょっと気になりました。「おはようございます。」など、言ってもらえると結構うれしいものです。３．業務の方がお客さんがエレベータに居るときに一緒に乗り込むのは止めたほうが良いかと思います。混んでるエレベーターで掃除機を持って乗り込んで来たのには違和感を感じました。 |

The rooms were very clean and very fresh feeling with large full wall windows. The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. An excellent value for the money in a very convenient location just 10-15 minutes walk to Union Square at a fraction of the price. Its true the area is a little rough around the edges. But the AYI youth hostel is on the same block and the hotel itself had lots of international guests who didn't have any problems. You can avoid worries by taking a taxi at night, or by staying off of Ellis and walking down a few blocks. We never had any problems, but I imagine some people would be bothered by the appearance of the area... |

The rooms were very nice and spacious and bed was fantastic No fridge in the room and location was near a homeless shelter which made it feel quite unsafe going to or from the hotel after dark. |
