Position, very close to termini station, superior rooms are very nice
and modern, minibar included in the room rate

Neighborhood is like in any big city around main station but is not a
problem, breakfast are ok but if you stay many days you'll be bored

Slept at night.

The wifi was limited by capacity of hours which I had to renew. I'd rather have a Wifi access for the whole time during my stay.

Good hotel. Perfect location; easy to reach any time from any spot of
the city; breakfast was perfect and rooms clean and normal size; I think
it is good choise. Good value of money;

We loved how close it was to the Termini train station. The bathroom was nice and big, and the breakfast was nice.

The room was a little bit dirty. There was a padded bench at the foot of the bed that had some kind of big black stain on it. And the interior of the room didn't match the cool contemporary design in the lobby.

Good sized room for 3 people. Breakfast good. Check in/out efficient. Staff friendly.

Malfunctioning air-conditioning not repaired after request. Room cleaning was not up to expectation i.e no toilet paper left one morning and floor not adequately swept. Sink leaked and shower curtain too short, hence floor flooded when showering.

Hotel offered easy connections with public transportation. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms where we were accommodated didn't match with the impression given in hotel's web pages - they were smaller. The shower cabin door of the other room was of poor quality - it let the water through on the bathroom floor.

The room on the fourth and fifth floor seem more modern than the other floors. The shower is like a waterfall, simply marvelous. Breakfast was also great, but I think that they should have capuccino instead of the immense variety of teas!

At night the proximity to the Termini is not good - but considering that during the day the proximity makes the life of a traveler easier, I suppose it is something one just just be careful, since there are many strange people, beggars, homeless...
