buona posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo Incongruenza del personale alla reception. Un responsabile mi ha concesso, su mia richiesta, di estendere il checkout di due ore, una seconda responsabile poco dopo ha ritrattato e mi ha tolto tale concessione. Malgrado il giudizio complessivo sia buono, e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, sono rimasto molto contrariato e indispettito dall'ottusità di tale responsabile. |

Hotel personnel should learn more english, sometimes difficult to understand their english language. Breakfast very "chinese", difficult to find something to eat, even there was plenty of food. There was no window in the room, otherwise the room was ok. Internet connection in the room was a joke. |

Excellent breakfast included. The dining room provided an overwhelming choice of sumptuous meals and there was always someone to help us when wwe were not familiar with the language or the meal choices. |

Good value for money. Meets Western standards for 4* business hotels. The personnel doesnt always understand English. There's hardly any bread for breakfast or meals, but this is true across Asia. |

The staff is very god and efficient and help in every way and despote their English not being so good they do try hard. The Internet was and is very slow. |

sorry nothing at all. I'm happy - only one night in Hotel Yun's Paradise !!! - not clean, dirty, breakfast unpalatable - we couldn't to sit at the table (words fail me). advise advise!!!! Rooms an ugly. not four europa people only four chinese. kitsch. |
