nothing air condition does not work correct, staff does not speak English, lazy, unskilful, unfair. Hotel is old and polluted. |

The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (buffets) in the lobby were very good! The location of the Prime cannot be beaten! You are across the street from the China Art Museum, a 10 minute walk from the Subway (metro), a 15 minute walk from the Forbidden City and great shopping! Many of the staff did not speak English so well. Prices of hotel services including drinks in the mini-bar was way out of line.... but I suppose this is true of most expensive hotels! Room was a bit on the hot side too and the HVAC controls seemed to have no effect. |

Very good place for a foreigner to stay and get assistance in China Sometimes service is too good, kept me from a full China experience. It took sometime to discover the Fandian De Zhongwen Mingzi so I could talk to cab drivers. |

Breakfast and dinner! I never saw a dinner buffet where even the drinks(juices and beer) are included. It is not a topic I didn't like but could be better: for such a standard hotel, more of the staff should be speaking a better english. The concierge is not exploring its potential which in a city as beijing is huge! |

Location Lack of interest when Air con reported as not working, did not want to acknowledge the problem in the morning at check out, this hotel was typically closer to a Western 3 star than 5 star as advertised. Bar closed at 11pm! |

possibilité d'aller à pied à la cité interdite en passant par la rue principale la rue la plus commerçante de Pekin. accueil, disponibilité et amabilité du personnel même si tous ne parlent pas anglais. petit dej très bien. concierges très efficaces même la nuit. |
