Acoustic insulation is excellent. Facilities very good in general. Food excellent.The Spa, pool and mainly the massage service are very pleasant.

For this Hotel level, to have quite few more PC computers with internet, like the two you have on the 19th floor, will be appreciate. Also with a much faster ADSL, as actually is too slow.

Breakfast very good, though expensive for Beijing. Situation perfect and pleasant outlook from our spacious room. The arrival of a birthday cake in our room when they found out it was my wife's birthday was a nice touch.

TV reception poor and bathroom due to be renovated.

I think the counter staff, conceige staff are very friendly and helpful.

Yes, the cleaner did not do a very good job. The toiletries are not were not replenished, towels were not replaced.The room is warm.

Hotel and rooms are nice clean, in comparison to some other hotels in China and in comparison to some hotels in the same price category elsewhere. Employees are kind and try to give information requested. A lot of information is in three languages (Chinese, English and as well French). Enough good selection of different tea/coffee for self preparing in the room. Free bottled water in the room. In hotel shop along with post-cards on demand available as well the stamps. Against the deposit, you can borrow an umbrella.

No clear information, which are no-smoking rooms. One of our three rooms had on arrival a cigarette smell of previous guest, the smell however disappeared after several hours of ventilation. In hotel restaurants a selection of western foods, but poor selection of ethnic and other Chinese dishes (my previous hotel in Beijing had several restaurants, one of them with Chinese-Moslem dishes); poor selection of food for vegetarians, no detail information about the constituents of dishes (in regard to vegetarians or to people over-sensitive to eggs or tomatoes).
