internet access for my laptop-in my room,warm and friendly staff,

restaurant staff did not speak english as well as reception ,the cashier at the hotel front desk could not work out the exchange rate and gave me the wrong money-i had to go back.

Friendly customer service, location is still very good, rooms were typical hotel rooms- nothing fancy, but nothing lacking either. Perfect for a low budget adventurer!

The workout room is useless- you cant run on the tread mill because something is wrong with it. I (as well as the workers) could not figure out how to operate the main weight work out machine. The workers who could communicate in english were very limited. And last but not least, not many convenient tourist friendly restaurants- although there are many small local chinese ones.

Room service and foot massage.

The smell of the Hotel (humidity), tried the breakfast just once, poor choices. In general the staff are helpful but needs the language & some need a smile, after all a smile is a curve that straightens a lot of things.

Centraal gelegen, 10min.lopen naar pedestrian street of 3 min met de taxi (á 11RMB=€1,10). Altijd een taxi aanwezig. De kamers zijn erg mooi, de badkamer is gescheiden van het slaapgedeelte met een glazen venster met luxaflex voor en dat geeft een ruimtelijk gevoel. Verder is internet aanwezig voor 70rmb per dag en een lcd tv.

De bedden waren erg hard, maar dat is vrij gebruikelijk voor chinese hotels.

Behulpzaamheid van het personeel daar

De ligging is niet centraal zoals de beschrijving wel doet vermoeden en geen enkele taxichauffeur kent het hotel

Mooie kamer

Het personeel sprak zo goed als geen engels en kon ons schrift niet lezen. Gaf problemen bij inchecken (ons paspoort begrepen ze niet) en betalen (konden niet met onze creditcard van Mastercard overweg).
