Particularly friendly reception desk and the staff over there were perfect.

禁煙部屋の予約が可能なような事前情報だったが、もともとこの料金(スタンダード）では禁煙部屋の設定がないとのことであった。タバコの匂いの残った部屋しかなかった。部屋の交換を何度も要求したがそもそも禁煙部屋の数が少なく無理であった。

チェックインが14時にできなかった。結局15：30になっても部屋の用意ができなかったため、しかたなく、荷物を預けたまま外出。ビジネス目的であったので、書類の出し入れ、ネクタイ、スーツの取り出しなど非常に不便であった。その際の受付の対応は、あと30分、あと20分、あと15分と全く埒があかなかった。ビジネス目的には不都合なホテル。
