Hotel location. It is closed to bus and subway station. There are direct buses to the main sightseeing area. Also closed to big supermarket. It is difficult to find the hotel location for the first time. I think it is better if the hotel name also written in a local language, so will be easier to find. |

The clerks serve very passionatly, Which makes me feel at home. The room is quite clean with good sanitation. Their English service clerk gave me a lot of help. |

Actually only the price that was really cheap considering the period (olympic games) The location: the hotel is just at the end of a "hutong", with no other way or access to the main street. It's far from the MTR station and even the chinese taxi drivers don't know how to get to... |

La presenza di una persona che parlava inglese. La colazione inclusa che non era di tipo continentale classico ed è stata ripetitiva.In assenza dell'unica persona che parlava inglese, è stato difficile comunicare con il personale dell'hotel. |

ネットに掲載されている所在地が微妙に違い、探すのに苦労しました。オリンピック期間中だったので、恐らく通常よりも割高だったのだろうなと思いますが、駅から遠い事（最寄り駅まで徒歩１５分）、朝食が給食テイストにあふれている、以外は、特に不満を感じませんでした。オリンピックのボランティアの方が英語での対応をされていましたが、通常時には、英語を喋れるスタッフがいるのかは不明です。 |
