if you are alone on a business trip (like I was), this hotel is great, the people are extremely caring, and they speak the necessary english, on my business trip I got so incredibly ill, it was unbelievable, and the personnel at the hotel was so warm and caring, they drove me to the emergency and people from the hotel stayed with me all the time, I will never forget that, thanks people at the Ramada Pearl, you guys are so very sweet ! |

Henkilökunta on kauttaaltaan yritteliästä, mutta osaaminen vaihtelee liikaa erityisesti kielitaidon osalta ummikosta smartiin, mikä tuottaa suuria ongelmia palvelujen saatavuuteen. Tähän asiaan tulisi kiinnittää jatkossa. erityistä huomiota. Huoneen kahvi- ja tee- sekä minibaaripalveluja voisi monipuolistaa. (Vedenkeitto mahdollisuus on, mutta sokeri ja maito puuttuvat teen osalta). |
