Le rapport qualité/prix. L'accessibilité très médiocre de cet hotel : parait bien localisé mais en dessous d'une bretelle d'accès au periphérique et en réalité très peu accessible notamment pour les taxis (à commander à l'avance pour ne pas poireauter 1/4 d'heure devant l'hotel!!!). D'autre part, le quartier proche est un peu limite bidonville... |

Staff was nice. The hotel rooms were the smallest I have ever been in. With two twin beds it was smaller than a dorm room. The bathroom door doubled as the door to the shower. No privacy at all from your other companion. rediculous |

Nice staff, good breakfast Hotel is not that close to the center (e.g. peopel's square) as seemd to be and is difficult to find one even by taxi drivers. However no problem to get everywhere by taxi (which is quite cheap in Shanghai). |

The room was very clean and comfortable, and water was provided by the hotel for free! The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. |

The condiment packets were modern and stylish. Good shower head. Helpful staff (esp Tom?) Free tea was a nice touch The room was freezing on arrival and took 3 hours to get warm, had to get into bed to stay warm. Resturant was very basic indeed, the staff tended to "hover" as well. |
