Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, gutes Frühstück, kostenloser Hotelshuttle zur nächsten Metro Station, tolle Zimmer Das Hotel ist etwas weit ab vom Schuss, sodass man mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum fahren muss. Das ist mit ca. 1,50€ pro Strecke aber nicht teuer. Außerdem geht morgens ein kostenloser Shuttle zur nächsten Metro Station. Da das Hotel noch recht neu ist finden viele Taxifahrer das Hotel nicht (auch nicht mit der entsprechenden Hotelkarte). Wir mussten aus einigen Taxis wieder aussteigen, weil die Fahrer nicht wussten wo das Hotel liegt |

Staff was nice. The hotel rooms were the smallest I have ever been in. With two twin beds it was smaller than a dorm room. The bathroom door doubled as the door to the shower. No privacy at all from your other companion. rediculous |

Nice staff, good breakfast Hotel is not that close to the center (e.g. peopel's square) as seemd to be and is difficult to find one even by taxi drivers. However no problem to get everywhere by taxi (which is quite cheap in Shanghai). |

The room was very clean and comfortable, and water was provided by the hotel for free! The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. |

The condiment packets were modern and stylish. Good shower head. Helpful staff (esp Tom?) Free tea was a nice touch The room was freezing on arrival and took 3 hours to get warm, had to get into bed to stay warm. Resturant was very basic indeed, the staff tended to "hover" as well. |

cleanliness, match western country's hotel standard. staff are friendly. understand English. self-serve laundry's not working. brand new ( never been used). not even set up properly. subway station is too far away, better ask front desk people to call taxi for you. |

Rooms are spacious with good beds, free internet access is valuable, bathroom is modern and nice with glas wall, and room has a safebox. We would like to have the possibility to dine in the hotel or nearby. |

yes. service was horrible. the front desk dont seem to understand english very well. they did not give us the wake up call we asked for. my room was also not cleaned the next day and had to ask for towels and water. water took an hour for them to bring and only after repeated calls. asked the front desk to get us a taxi ahead of time and we still had to wait for 30 minutes. they must not have called for the taxi when we requested them to.
