Le fait que la réception de l'hotel m'a téléphoné à 23h00' pour m'apprendre que mon déposit était insuffisant et pour cela je devais descendre du quatrorzième étage ou j'étais logé et pendant que je dormais dejà de venir régler mes comptes.Je tropuvais cela très impoli et in manque de considération et de respect à l'endroit du client |

Everything. Clean, great value for money, staff was excellent and among the best ever seen around PRC for their English and kindness. The hotel location is in Tian He area but not so central, not a big minus anyway. |

The staffs are friendly and helpful. When I fell sick during my stay there, the staffs when out all the way to purchase some medicine from the pharmacy after asking what illness I am suffering from and even suggest bring the doctor to my room. Great effort! I'll definitely stay there again because it makes you feel comfortable just like home. Not enough transportation timing to the exhibition places. Even coming back has only 1 timing which once you missed it, we got to challenge thousands of people for taxis which is a nightmare! |
