I received my wake up all to late and the bathroom had an unlpeasant smell to it... the hallway to the restaurant on the 24 floor needs to be improved and cleaned it was a turn off I eat dinner else where |

The room was clean, spacious n well equipped including the kitchennet. The staff were friendly, helpful n spoke fairly good English. Breakfast spread of local n western was fairly good. All in all, value for money. The hotel was difficult to locate bcos it was off the main road. |

clean and quiet room, good breakfast included I called to have airport pickup but they failed to show up and did not call me in advance. It costed me 1/2 hour waiting in vain. |

The Staff was wonderful There was no phone number to call them on booking.com, and no address in Chinese characters to give to the taxi driver... so it was a little difficult to find them. |

酒店员工非常友好，热情，房间面积很大有开放式厨房做点东西吃很方便，我自己带的笔记本电脑系统有问题，酒店的网络负责人帮助我整理系统，如果下次还有机会一定再回来住！ |

De ruimte in de kamers en het feit dat het een appartement was. Het personeel aan de balie mag extra aandacht schenken aan Engels als tweede taal. Dat was niet altijd goed en heeft tot een probleem geleid bij het reizen met de taxi naar de juiste plek (verkeerde locatie werd aan de bestuurders doorgegeven). Het receptiepersoneel moet op de hoogte zijn van de reizen die gasten vanuit Beijing kunnen ondernemen naar andere plaatsen en waar ze dan op de trein moet |

Ruim appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Op de parterre een winkeltje dat 24 uur p/d was geopend, handig om kleine versnaperingen te kopen. Ondanks het geven van een visitekaartje van het appartement/hotel met daarop in het Chinees het adres, toch voor vele taxichauffeurs moelijk te vinden. Soms tot 4 x toe een andere taxi daarom moeten nemen!! |
